Submitting a quote request does not create a binding sales agreement.

A quote becomes binding only when accepted according to the terms shown on the applicable proposal, invoice, purchase order, or sales agreement.
Quotes may contain their own expiration date and additional terms.
3. Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed.
Many commercial fitness products are manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer. Manufacturer production schedules, freight availability, supply-chain disruptions, weather, and other events may affect delivery dates.
Estimated delivery or installation dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed to in writing.
4. Special Orders
Special-order, custom-order, manufacturer-direct, configured, upholstered, branded, fabricated, or otherwise specially ordered equipment may be non-cancelable and non-refundable after the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before approving an order.
5. Used Equipment
Used equipment may show cosmetic wear and other signs of previous use.
The condition of used equipment will be described to the best of our ability.
Unless a written warranty is expressly provided, used equipment may be sold AS-IS, subject to applicable law.
Customers should review photographs, descriptions, available inspection information, and disclosed condition before purchasing.
6. Pricing
Website pricing, promotional pricing, dealer pricing, and manufacturer pricing may change without notice.
Displayed pricing may not include:
Freight
Shipping
Delivery
Installation
Assembly
Taxes
Removal of existing equipment
Flooring
Access-related labor
Special handling
Final pricing will be provided on the applicable quote, invoice, or purchase agreement.
7. Payments and Deposits
Payment requirements will be listed on the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Certain orders may require a deposit before equipment is ordered or work is scheduled.
Deposits for custom or special-order products may become non-refundable once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.
Past-due amounts may result in suspension of delivery, installation, or service, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
8. Shipping and Freight
Commercial fitness equipment is often transported using freight carriers.
Customers are responsible for promptly inspecting shipments for visible damage when applicable.
Freight damage should be documented with photographs and reported as soon as reasonably possible.
Additional charges may apply for:
Liftgate service
Inside delivery
Limited-access delivery
Residential delivery
Redelivery
Storage
Detention
Special handling
Specific freight terms provided in an invoice or sales agreement control over this general policy.
9. Delivery and Installation
Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of relevant site conditions including:
Stairs
Elevators
Narrow hallways
Doorway limitations
Restricted loading areas
Limited parking
Floor protection requirements
Security procedures
Building access restrictions
Delivery-hour restrictions
Additional labor or charges may apply when site conditions differ materially from the information provided before scheduling.
Unless included in writing, electrical work, structural work, plumbing, wall reinforcement, concrete work, permits, and modifications to the customer's property are not included.
10. Equipment Placement
Customers are responsible for approving final equipment locations.
We may make recommendations regarding equipment layout and spacing, but customers remain responsible for ensuring their facility complies with applicable building codes, fire codes, accessibility requirements, manufacturer clearance requirements, and other facility regulations unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
11. Service and Repair
Service estimates may change if additional problems are discovered during inspection or repair.
Replacement parts, cables, belts, labor, travel, manufacturer parts, and other materials may be billed separately unless included in the applicable service agreement.
Repairs cannot guarantee that unrelated components will not fail in the future.
12. Manufacturer Warranties
New equipment may be covered by warranties issued by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures are controlled by the applicable manufacturer.
All Pro Fitness Equipment, LLC does not expand or alter a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
13. Returns and Cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, manufacturer, and order type.
Special-order and custom products may not be returnable.
Approved returns may be subject to:
Restocking fees
Return freight
Original freight charges
Inspection requirements
Packaging requirements
No return should be shipped without prior authorization.
14. Consignment and Trade-In Equipment
Consignment and trade-in transactions may require a separate written agreement governing valuation, commissions, storage, sale price, payment terms, pickup, delivery, and ownership.
Website communications concerning potential consignment or trade-in equipment do not create a binding agreement.
15. Financing and Payment Options
Financing or extended payment options, when offered, may be provided by third parties and may require credit approval.
All Pro Fitness Equipment, LLC does not guarantee financing approval.
Third-party lenders and payment providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
16. Intellectual Property
